I am Reyhane Dağlar.
I am a traveler who lives life with awareness and whose lives intersect with other travelers as he progresses on his own life journey.
I serve as a Certified Life Coach in California. As an expert psychologist, I conduct research and studies in the clinical field. I provide consultancy to psychology students and psychologists.
I write articles in Meridyen magazine with the hope of guiding high school students who are at the beginning of their lives.
I am a mother who has the chance to experience life's education and academic education with my child.
I have gained membership in the prestigious and internationally recognized Phi Thetta Kappa (PTK) Honor Societyin the United States since 1910. Thanks to PTK, I studied Psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson University with a scholarship. Due to my academic success, I was one of the three students who received a scholarship to New York University (NYU) at that time and I completed my master's degree at New York University. I am a member of Psi Chi International Honor Society, and the National Association of Social Workers.
I am licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
I have previously worked in prosecutor's offices, hospitals, prisons, homeless shelters, and psychological counseling institutions. I provided psychological counseling to children, adolescents, adults and families in my counseling center.
I helped young children with issues related to weaning from breast milk, toilet training, and emotional and behavioral problems.
I worked with children and adolescents on secure attachment and safe separation, adaptation and adaptation difficulties, and boundaries education. I provided psychological support for peer bullying, psychosomatic disorders, selective mutism, anger control disorder, fear, anxiety, stuttering, obsessive thoughts, self-harm, distraction, child and adolescent trauma, as well as trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder in adults.
I carried out individual and group studies on adolescence problems, methods of coping with stress, self-expression, public speaking, peer relations, perception of identity, perception of gender, shame, guilt, self-construction and self-confidence. I helped couples raise awareness of past perceptions and solve the problems they brought into their marriages.
I have witnessed that clients become more peaceful and at peace with themselves after interviews on issues that they feel helpless and hesitate to talk about, such as depression, phobia, risky behavior, and panic attacks.
We cannot erase the past and what happened, but when we remember it, we can make it hurt less and even make the pain dissipate over time. Even though we cannot control what we have experienced before, we can change our behavior now and afterwards and remove the obstacles that undermine our lives.
We can both make the changes we desire for ourselves and help our children look at their lives from a different and healthier perspective by changing our own behavior.
